Find an error and receive a reward

As described in our terms and conditions, search engine errors cannot be completely eliminated. The challenge of eliminating errors completely from the search engine is a bit like supermarkets constantly struggling to remove expired items from the shelves. And just like a supermarket that rewards its customers if they find expired items, we reward our users if they find an error in the search engine.

Our search robot crawls hundreds of commercial real estate sites many times every day. This way, we can give our paying users a constantly upgraded database with business premises, consisting of web addresses to the sources of the business premises on the internet.

Our goal is that 99-100 percent of the premises in the search engine is correct in comparison with the business premises that is linked to.

However, it is possible that different types of errors can happen, for example:
1: The business premises provider that adds a business premise to his website can make a typing error like writing the wrong zip code or the wrong size. This error will then be reproduced in our search engine.
2: A premise can be removed from an external website between two visits of our crawler robot. If our crawler robot, for example, checks a website at 12.00 and at 13.00, where the premise is taken down at 12.42, in that case there will be 18 minutes where we link to an premise that is not available
3: An error can happen in our crawler if a premise provider launches a new website. The error exists until we correct the crawler.

We have developed a number of systems and quality controls that ensure that we almost always discover these errors very quickly, but it is impossible to discover all errors immediately.

If you as a user find a significant difference between the premise presented in our search results and the premise that exists on the original source, you will be rewarded with one week's free access to all our PremiumUser services. A significant difference might for example be: zipcode, size and price.

Send us a mail where you: A: Include a link to the premise on our website, B: Include a link to the premise on the original source, and C: Explain what the difference is. Then we will return very quickly.
